*** NODE/CUTTING RISK:
Buyer accepts the risk associated in shipping and rooting of node/cutting being purchased. Buyer understands that the chance of unsuccessful rooting a node/cutting is not reflective of our shop's performance.

*** CUTTING/PLANT DESCRIPTION:
This listing is for the actual cutting/plant shown and exactly what the buyer will receive. Plants will ship in the nursery pot (ceramic pot not included) as shown in the substrate/medium that it's currently growing in. Cuttings will ship with stem and roots (if any) wrapped in a moist paper towel. Photo before shipping is available upon request. I check all the cutting/plants prior to shipping and I DO NOT ship the cutting/plant if it is not as described in the listing at the time of shipping. Please be aware that stress and damages to the cutting/plant can occur during shipping that may alter the appearance of the cutting/plant.

*** PLANT CARE:
While a General Care Guide will be included in the package, it is the buyer's responsibility to do their own research on how to properly take care of the cutting/plant that they are buying.

*** PACKAGING:
I will pack the cutting/plant with utmost care using brand new quality packaging materials (not carrier provided) for your plant's benefit and there is a $3 packaging cost added to the shipping fee for the packaging materials.

*** INSULATION & HEAT PACK:
If you live in an area where the weather is cold, please choose "+ Heat-Pack", "+ Insulation" or both from the Packaging Option. Adding a heat pack and insulation to order is at buyer's discretion. Please note that the heat pack will only last up to 72 hours.

*** SHIPPING CARRIER:
I only ship by USPS or FEDEX (FEDEX by request only). I recommend USPS EXPRESS (available at check out). Please NOTE that USPS is still experiencing delays and currently not guaranteeing their delivery date due to pandemic. Estimate Time of Arrival is an estimate only and does not come with a money back guarantee. The best shipping option (though more expensive) is by FEDEX Overnight. If you would like to request for a FEDEX Overnight shipping quote, please leave me a message in the "Note to Seller" when you place your order.

*** SHIPPING INSURANCE:
I only use the shipping carriers provided by Etsy and that is USPS and FEDEX (FEDEX by request only). I do not purchase shipping labels outside of Etsy. Your USPS shipping amount purchase includes insurance up to $100.00. Etsy offers an optional additional insurance through SHIPSURANCE but it DOES NOT cover live plants.

*** SHIPPING CLAIM:
It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim for damaged and lost items.

*** TRACKING UPDATE:
Please contact the carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment. I do not have any additional information regarding your shipping once I ship your plant.

*** PLANT FORFEITURE AND CONFISCATION:
I will reimburse 50% of the plant cost (not including shipping cost) In case your plant gets confiscated and destroyed by the Department of Agriculture.

*** TERMS:
I (the seller) am NOT liable for the cutting/plant once it ships. I will pack the cutting/plant with utmost care, exactly as described and as shown in the listing. Buyer is aware and understands that damages to the cutting/plant can occur during transit that may include browning/yellowing leaves, bent leaves and rot on the stem and/or aerial roots and that I, (the seller) will not be held responsible for any of these damages. Buyers accept these risks. All cutting/plant purchases are FINAL. No Refund. No Returns. No Exchange. No Replacements. No Exceptions. By purchasing, you AGREE to these terms.

Note on Weather Exposure:
For the most part, the materials used in your wreath are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure unless otherwise noted. I suggest hanging your wreath on a door that has an overhang to protect it from rain and direct sunlight. Over time, as with anything left outside, your wreath will fade. As well, the hot glue will let loose because it does not expand or retract with changing temps. Simply re-apply hot glue to the loose flower when this happen. There will also be some flowers that fade faster than others. Your wreath may also fade quicker due to its longer exposure time. This too is normal. Applying a UV protective spray will the seal the wreath, help protect it from UV rays and will make your wreath outdoor friendly :)

Are the wreaths made of artificial flowers & greenery?

Yes. All the wreaths are made with the highest quality and most realistic looking artificial materials.

Can I hang my wreath outdoor?

I suggest hanging your wreath where it will be protected from rain and direct sunlight. The grapevine wreath & the letter is of wood material and will get soaked when let out in the rain. This will cause your letter to wither or stained. Over time, as with anything left outside, your wreath will fade. As well, the hot glue will let loose because it does not expand or retract with changing temps. Simply re-apply hot glue to the loose flower when this happen. Do the letters only come in white?

The letters are hand-painted in white by default. If you want a different paint color for your letter, just leave me a message in the 'Note to Seller' during checkout regarding your request.

What size is the wreath & letter shown?

For the most part, I use a 20" wreath with a 14" inch Script monogram in most of my listing pictures unless otherwise noted in the description.

Does the wreath comes with a monogram?

Adding a monogram to your wreath is an optional feature. You can purchase a wreath with or without a monogram. The price changes based on your selection.

I have a double door and I want to buy 2 wreaths. Can I make a request so that the wreaths mirror each other?

Yes :) Just leave me a message in the 'Note to Seller' during checkout regarding your request.

Can I change the ribbon on the wreath to a different ribbon?

Yes :) If it's a ribbon, that i already have. Just leave me a message in the 'Note to Seller' during checkout regarding your request.

Wreath Sizing details

You can choose from 18", 20", 26" & 32" in approximate overall outside diameter from tip to tip. Grapevine wreaths are natural products and so measurements & shapes may vary. I order my grapevine wreaths in bulk and the base sizes are unreliable thus I market my wreaths based on the approximate overall outside diameter of the finished wreath (from tip to tip) and not the base wreath used.

Can I include a message?

Yes :) Just write up the message that you want in the 'Note to Seller' that is available during checkout and I will be sure to include a note inside the package with your message! Thanks!
